PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment methods

1.1. Payment by cash/bank transfer at the Ticket Counter

  • For ticket purchase transactions at the Ticket Counter of the Relic Site, customers make payment in cash or by transfer to the Centre's bank account according to the instructions of the ticketing staff.
  • Customers are advised to present supporting documents (for priority tickets and free tickets) in order to receive the incentive.

1.2. Payment by bank transfer on the website

The steps for purchasing a ticket and making payment are as follows:

Step 1: The customer accesses the website vanmieu.gov.vn and selects "Buy Tickets" on the homepage. The screen displays 3 steps: Select ticket → Information → Payment.

Step 2: The customer provides the necessary information, including:

  • Ticket type (Standard ticket, Priority ticket, etc.);
  • Full name (mandatory, maximum 60 characters);
  • Phone number (optional, entered in the format 84xxxxxxxxx);
  • Number of tickets (>=1, entered directly or by pressing +/-);
  • If the customer requires a "Fee and Charge Receipt" for visit tickets or a "Sales Receipt" for the night tour experience service, they tick the box and enter: Tax code (10–13 digits, may include hyphens); Company name and company address (mandatory); Account number (optional).
  • The ticket is valid for use within 30 days from the time of successful payment.

After completing the mandatory information, the system displays a summary of the order and the total amount payable.

Step 3: The customer checks the ticket information and presses "Continue to payment".

  • The system creates the order and switches to the order details page.
  • The website displays a payment QR code; the customer rechecks the amount payable and uses their banking application to scan the QR code on the website's payment screen.

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.

To ensure a successful payment, customers are advised to review the conditions and the QR-scanning steps on their phone in advance so as to be ready, in order to avoid a time-out that would affect their payment and promotional code.

Step 4: When the payment is completed, the website automatically updates the status:

  • Awaiting payment — confirmation from the bank has not yet been received;
  • Paid — successful;
  • Failed — unsuccessful.

Step 5: After successful payment, the system displays the ticket QR code for entry. The customer presents this code at the ticket inspection gate when entering Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam. To save the order code, the customer presses "Copy order code" in the summary section.

  • To look up the receipt (if invoicing was selected), the customer visits the website: https://tracuuhoadon.1ve.vn/ and enters the ticket serial code.
  • To look up the order, the customer goes to "Order Lookup" and enters the order code (e.g., VMWEB1785...) to view the status, ticket information, and QR code.
  • If the payment fails, the customer is requested to: recheck the balance and the transfer information; press "Return to buy tickets" to place a new order.
  • If the amount has been deducted but the order still reports failure, the customer should contact the website through the methods published for assistance.
