PRICING POLICY

1. Scope of application

This Policy sets out the listing and application of prices for the services provided on vanmieu.gov.vn, in order to ensure openness and transparency and compliance with the provisions of law.

2. Price listing policy for services

  • Service prices (if any) listed on the website are directly decided and published by the CENTRE FOR CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OF VAN MIEU – QUOC TU GIAM.
  • Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
  • The price of each service is displayed clearly on the website before the customer books the service.
  • The website fully publishes all amounts payable by the customer, including: the service price (if any); other incidental costs (if any).
  • Before the customer completes the transaction, the system displays the total amount payable, including all charges as prescribed. Users do not have to pay any fee beyond the price displayed at the time of confirming the transaction. Where the user's bank or card-issuing institution charges a separate transaction fee, that fee is borne by the user in accordance with the bank's policy.

3. Application of prices

  • The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed on the website at the time the customer completes the booking of the service and it is confirmed by the system.
  • After the transaction is successfully confirmed, the CENTRE FOR CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OF VAN MIEU – QUOC TU GIAM shall not arbitrarily change the price of an established transaction, except in the following cases: with the consent of the customer; upon request from a competent State agency; where a force majeure event or a technical error directly affecting the display of the price occurs and the adjustment is permitted by law.

4. Price adjustment

  • The CENTRE FOR CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OF VAN MIEU – QUOC TU GIAM has the right to adjust service prices in order to suit its business policy, promotional programmes, or market fluctuations.
  • A price adjustment does not affect transactions that have been successfully booked by the customer and confirmed by the system, except where the parties agree otherwise or where otherwise provided by law.
