FINDING THE HOLY CREATURE "NGHÊ" AT VĂN MIẾU
Last Sunday (8th October 2023), the pupils of class 2C at Bế Văn Đàn Primary School participated in an educational heritage “That is Nghê Creature!'. The pupils went in search of and successfully identified the mythical creature "Nghê" at various locations within Văn Miếu.
The pupils worked together in pairs to exchange information and search for the Nghê creature. The entire class even took part in a game to identify Nghê creature. To remember the significance of each Nghê creature, they also had the opportunity to experience printing a wooden block image of Nghê creature at Văn Miếu.
Bảo My happily said: "I'm very happy, I enjoyed today's learning experience because I got to learn more about Nghê creature, that I had never known about before. My favorite part was playing the game and printing Nghê creature. I hope I can visit Văn Miếu again in the future."
The educational heritage program was also attended by many parents. Mrs Lan Phương, a parent, shared: "Today, the kids had a great time experiencing at Văn Miếu. My child and the other kids really enjoyed this experience; they had fun, learned, and gained more knowledge about history and culture."
