EXPERIENCING HERITAGE AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
During the past week, 7th-grade students Foreign Language Specialized School participated in an educational program on heritage at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám. Spending over 2 hours learning about the heritage and experiencing the relics, the students participated in many meaningful activities to understand the "ancient classroom.". They experienced being Confucian scholars immersing themselves in the space of the ancient classroom, learning how to grind ink and write with a brush on Do paper.
Gia Khánh from class 7A1 happily shared: "I find the activities at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám quite beneficial, helping me gain more knowledge about the relics through the introduction and ceremonial practices, as well as practicing writing. However, I wish to have more time to explore the exhibition room."
Teacher Nguyễn Thị Nhật Anh said: "The experience at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám helps students gain additional knowledge beyond textbooks, experiencing the solemn atmosphere during ceremonies, and the joy when practicing grinding ink, writing, experiencing like ancient scholars."
