THE TOURISTS WITH THE DISPLAY “QUỐC TỬ GIÁM – THE FIRST NATIONAL UNIVERSITY”
The display “Quốc Tử Giám – The first National University” – The key point to learn about the tradition of fondness of study and respecting the teachers as well as the talented men of a nation. The display covered with 200 documents and artefacts divided into 2 spaces: stillness and movement, attracted a lot of multunational tourists .
As visiting the display, the audiences could throwback to the historical marks of Quốc Tử Giám from the establishment under reign of Ly dynasty, the development under the reign of Trần – Hồ dynasties and the glory under the reign of Lê dynasty and the changes under the reign of Nguyễn dynasty and the resurraction of the relic at the contemporary period.
Every period of development getting invovle into the famous great man at the relic. The outdoor display is a space to recall a life of student with the simple classroom in the village; the sence of taking examination at the imperial; return the scholar’s hometown with his glory. This space is also used to organize the activities for experimentation for the tourists.
Ms. Susan and Mr. Simon coming from England impressed the display much: “We spent morning reviewing the display because it is a small museum to discribe the history and development of education in Vietnam as well as the establishment of Quốc Tử Giám. We are fascinated with new mordern and clear information.
The display set up stably at the right building of the fourth section of the relic, launched since 2022.
