WATCH, LISTEN, TOUCH AND INTERACT THE EXHIBITION “SOI BÓNG THĂNG LONG”
The exhibition “Soi bóng Thăng Long” was a project of art telling the manners of water related to Thăng Long – Hà Nội. Throung ups and downs of the history, Thăng Long becoming a significant capital of illustrious dynasties then an important city of Vietnam. .
The audience either enjoyed the works installated with light effect or listened to birdsong as well as the sound of the wind blowing combinating with the sound of the leaves in “Mạch nguồn” 3D mapping work by artist Phạm Trung Hưng.
Morveover, “Thuyền đôi” by artist Vũ Xuân Đông including 36 bronze boxes and wooden boxes with lacquer covered in the curved surface. The audience could touch and interact works with windlass. The audience could enjoy the ancient decorations engraving on the Dó paper by spinning 86 plastic boxes to join a boat.
The audience could also reach out and engage the rhythm of Red river in “Vũ điệu Thăng Long” work as well as “Hoa sóng – Sóng nước nở hoa” and “Ngàn năm soi bóng…
The exhibition opened till the end of 2nd in January of 2024 at Tiền Đường house of Thái Học buliding in Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám
