OPENING CEREMONY OF THE EXHIBITION ON CALLIGRAPHY AND GRAFFITI DIALOGUE AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỪ GIÁM
On the occasion of the August Revolution and the National Day on September 2nd, the opening ceremony of the Exhibition of Calligraphy and Graffiti Dialogue took place on the afternoon of August 26 at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám. The exhibition is the cooperation of the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám and the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Art Studies (VICAS), Calligraphy and Graffiti activists. The exhibition introduces 39 works of young authors in the field of Vietnamese calligraphy and Graffiti from Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Hồ Chí Minh city.
The exhibition is the result of a project of writing and displaying Calligraphy combined with Graffiti aiming the idea of turning Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám into a creative space, a familiar destination to the public who love heritage and culture. This is an opportunity for the calligraphy and Graffiti to get closer to the public, giving viewers a new, positive and familiar experience.
The exhibition will take place from August 26 to September 30, 2022at Thái Học house, Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
