30 years ago The Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam was founded with the function of management, preservation and promotion of the Special national landmark Van Mieu – Quoc tu Giam. The Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam has been responsible for important activities related to the preservation and promotion of the landmark.
On APril 21, 2018 The Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam sponsored by Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sport organized a meeting to celebrate 30 years of founding The Centre for Scientific and Cultural Activities Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam (25/4/1988 – 25/4 2018).

The meeting was attended by former directors, deputy directors, and former staff, as well as, current staff members of the Centre. This was an opportunity for the leaders and staff to meet, exchange ideas and congratulate achievements of The Centre over the last 30 years. Meanwhile the generations of leaders and staff could share their experiences and difficulties in the preservation and promotion the landmark.

The anniversary began by offering incense to the Sages. This activity was meaningful to help generations of staff to remember the tradition of “when drinking water, remember its source”, and “respect for the teacher”

The meeting, which celebrated 30 years The Centre’s founding, was very meaningful to everyone in attendance. These individuals have spent their lifetime preserving and promoting the landmark.
