The ceremony being in honor the excellent Vietnamese students receiving Hessen scholarship taken place by Ministry of Art and Science in Federal Republic of Germany in Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám.
90 scholarships given to the excellent students in 2022-2023 school year throughout a country. There were a plenty of students being with difficult circumstances and in a remote area among them.
