The plate was designed exquisitely to show a respect to two Prime Ministers.
The plate was decorated detailedly with Khuê Văn Các and lotus embossed on it. Lotus is a lofty flower calling a national flower of Vietnam that showed spatial depth of Khuê Văn Các – a well-known construction in Hanoi.
Khuê Văn Các built in 1805 at Văn Miếu, chosen as a symbol of Hanoi capital with a thousand-year-culture.
