MEETING TO APPRAISE AND CONSULT THE DESIGN OF "THE EXHIBITION ON QUỐC TỬ GIÁM"
On the afternoon of April 12, 2022 at the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the Council of Experts held a meeting to consult the design of the Exhibition on Quốc Tử Giám from the Center for Scienctific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
Mr. Patrick Hoarau, a French graphic expert, presented the design of the Exhibition on Quốc Tử Giám with 2 spaces: the indoor space designed by Mr. Patrick Hoarau and the outdoor space designed by Mrs. Amelie Creise.
The content of the exhibition was designed with graphic images and artifacts, helping visiters easily follow the history of Quốc Tử Giám. The content is not only presented by panels, but also uses vivid, memorable and impressive illustrations combined with technological devices: sound, screen, light and experiential activities. The design is also focused on using environmentally friendly materials and is suitable for Vietnamese culture.
Consultants were highly appreciated for the work spirit and creativity of the designers with the design of the exhibition of Quốc Tử Giám. The scientists and experts also gave suggestions for completion of the display design in accordance with the landmark.
Mr. Đỗ Đình Hồng, Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, said: “The design of the exhibition must be in harmony with the landscape of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám site. The display should clearly show the role of Quốc Tử Giám in teaching and learning and honor the result of this teaching and learning.”
It is expected that the exhibition on Quốc Tử Giám will be carried out in June this year.
