CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE CALLIGRAPHY EXHIBITION AND FESTIVAL “THĂNG LONG-HÀ NỘI”
On October 10, The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu-Quốc Tử Giám organized the Closing Ceremony of the Calligraphy Exhibition and Festival “Thăng Long-Hà Nội” at Văn Miếu-Quốc Tử Giám.
Over a period of more than a week, a series of interesting activities took place, including: writing calligraphy on the flag, writing Vietnamese calligraphy words, giving words to visitors, teaching visitors to write calligraphy, poetical quiz, calligraphy seminar, ...The events left a good impression on visitors and calligraphy lovers.
With the aim of promoting solidarity between clubs, calligraphers and The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu-Quốc Tử Giám wrote a big calligraphy work. In the middle of this work is "Tâm"( heart or soul), on the two sides are the words "Văn Miếu”, “Quốc Tử Giám” and the names of the calligraphy clubs.
