Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage day was celebrated on November 23, 2018. Foreign and domestic tourists received free admission to the Special National Landmark, Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam on that day.
Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage Day is a meaningful day on which traditional values are glorified. Moreover, it heightens public awareness of the responsibility for conserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural heritage values.
Tourists to the Landmark Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam on Heritage Day expressed their surprise and excitement when exploring the 1000-year Landmark. Mr. and Mrs. Richard from Canada expressed their emotions: “we are so excited to be here on a special day -the Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage Day. We visited so many historical sites in different countries, we notice that Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam is so beautiful and we’re so impressed by the architectural structures that are being preserved here”
