ACTIVITIES

In the afternoon of April 10th, Danish Minister of Health – Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby  visited the Special National Landmark Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam, a unique culture center of Hanoi and the nation.  

On her visit to the Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam, Danish Minster of Health listened to a presentation of the history of the site, observed the sophisticated architecture of Van Mieu, and gained a greater understanding of Vietnamese tradition of educating virtuous and talented men at the national school in the past.

 

During the visit, Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby showed particular interest in the fondness for learning in Vietnam. Mrs. Norby believed that it is a significant  factor to educate talents and develop a nation. Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby expressed a great deal of admiration and respect towards Vietnamese people, especially those who are encouraged to study, however difficult the situations are. Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby hoped that Vietnam will continue to develop well in the future.

Before finishing the visit, Danish Minster of Health - Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby wished employees in the center and Vietnamese people all the best. Mrs. Ellen Trane Norby hopes that the next Vietnamese generation will preserve the traditional fondness for learning of Vietnam and believes that it is key to make the nation successful and properous.
