THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF INDIAN COUNCIL FOR CULTURAL RELATIONS (ICCR) AND HIS DELEGATIONS AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
The chariman of Indian Council for Cultural Relations and his delegations visited Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
In this visiting, the Chairman of ICCR – PhD. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Deputy Chief of Mission – Mr. Subhash Prasad Gupta and Director of center of culture Swami Vivekananda – PhD. Monica Sharma paid a great attention to “Quốc Tử Giám – The first national university”exhibition at the relic. The Chairman share that this was the very first time he visited Văn Miếu to listen to history of traditional education of Vietnam, to experience the deep space of display.
Especially, PhD. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe tried using brush pen to write “Temple of Literature” in Sanskrit. Personna. In his opinion, this was the most unique cultural space in Hanoi, he his delegations have never seen before.
In the end of visit, PhD. Lê Xuân Kiêu – Director of Center for Scienctific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám gave “History of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám”book to the Chairman of ICCR – Mr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe
