THE INDIAN SOCIETY FOR CULTURAL CO-OPERATION AND FRIENDSHIP (ISCUF) VISITED VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
On the morning of August 28, 2022, the Indian society for cultural co-operation and friendship (ISCUF) led by Mr. Agasti Kanungo - Vice President of the delegation paid a visit to the Special National Landmark, Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám.
The delegation was very impressed with the green space and ancient architectural works under the old trees. The Vice President and the delegation were very interested in learning about architectural works, especially Khue Van Cac - the symbol of Hanoi capital.
The members of the delegation were impressed with the history of education, the way of selecting talents and the studious tradition of the Vietnamese. The Vice President greatly appreciated the teacher, Mr Chu Văn An who was honored by UNESCO.
The Vice President and members all expressed their wish to return Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám and Việt Nam to learn more about Vietnamese history and culture.
