AMBASSADOR EXTRAODINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY OF FRENCH REPUBLIC VISITED VĂN MIẾU - QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
Ambassador extraodinary and plenipotentiary of French Republic - Mr. Nicolas Warnery visited Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám.
Mr. Nicolas Warnery listened to the history of relic and Chu Văn An - The great model teacher of Vietnam and traditional fondness of learning and honour the talents when he visited "Chu Văn An - Thượng tường Sơn Đấu" exhibition. Mr. Nicolas Warnery deeply impressed by cultural activities held by The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activity Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám which brought the values of education to the young.
Mr. Nicolas Warnery shared that: Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám is a temple of wisdom and effort in which preserved tradition of education and training in Hanoi and Vietnam. This relic preserved the memories of doctoral laureates passing Confucian exams and attracted many students from near and far. This relic reflected past and present intelligence of Vietnam.
In the end of his visiting, Mr. Nicolas Warnery thanked and sent his best wishes to Board of Management and staffs at Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám for the coming Lunar New Year 2021.
