THE PUPILS of 5TH GRADE HAVING EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION OF LEARNING ANCIENT CHINESE CHARACTERS
Today, Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám landmark welcomed pupils of grade 5D, Quang Trung Primary School, Hoàn Kiếm district, Hà Nội to attend an educational experience. They had educational experience of learning ancient chinese characters at Văn Miếu.
The kids were acquainted with Chinese characters at the Landmark. They were very excited for the first time learning about the letters used to combine Chinese characters such as: mountain, water, fire, etc., which are very close in the Vietnamese language which they use every day. After learning they knew how to read Chinese characters on the Horizontal board at the Văn Miếu. That is " reading from right to left, different from reading Vietnamese left to right".
They had experience in printing wood block with Do paper (traditional paper).
