EXHIBITION “THE ÁO DÀI OF VIETNAM OVER THE AGES”
The exhibition of “The Áo dài of Vietnam over ages” held at the Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám is part of the project "Our Áo dài", with a mission of promoting and honoring the beauty of the Áo dài of Vietnam.
The performance of 15 collections of Áo dài was performed by Ambassadors' wives, people's artists and hundreds of actresses and models on the evening of April 9, 2021.
The Áo dài made of high-quality silk illustrate Vietnamese Áo dài through historical periods. Along with that, the exhibition offers viewers some samples of Áo dài of the Nguyễn Dynasty, which are collected or are from the ancient capital of Huế.
The exhibition will be open from April 9 to April 30, 2021 at Thai Hoc house, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam relic.
