THE OPENING EXHIBITION "CHU VĂN AN - THƯỢNG TƯỜNG SƠN ĐẨU"
The center for Scientific an Cultural Activity Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám organized an exhibition ““Chu Văn An - Thượng tường Sơn Đẩu” on the occasion of the commemoration of the 650th anniversary of the scholar Chu Văn An’s death (1370 – 2020) and Vietnamese Teacher’s day (November, 20th).
The exhibition “Chu Văn An - Thượng tường Sơn Đẩu” focused on teacher Chu Văn An , with the comparison of him to the highest Thái Sơn mountain and the brightest North Star of Quốc Tử Giám. This is reflected through typical documents, exhibits, images and consists of two parts:

Part 1: An illustrious personality: Introducing the life, personality and educational career of the teacher Chu Văn An.
Part 2: An everlasting shining exemplary teacher: Introduction of Quốc Tử Giám. Activities to honor the scholar Chu Văn An; Studying and promoting his spiritual values in the present day.
The exhibition "Chu Văn An-Thượng tường Sơn Đẩu".
The public could go back in time to past more than six centuries ago with three spaces: Thanh Trì – Chu Văn An’s homeland; Thăng Long – Quốc Tử Giám; Chí Linh – Chu Văn An lived in seclusion.
Delegates visiting the exhibition
The exhibition will help visitors understand more about Quốc Tử Giám – the first national university where Chu Văn An worked as a headmaster; the place for worship; the schools and the strees named Chu Văn An.
The exhibition is open from November 16th, 2020 to December 31st, 2020.
