As part of the esteemed Recognition Ceremony, the Golden Book Enrollment Ceremony was a momentous occasion. The ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, including Ms. Vũ Hà - Member of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee; Mr. Chu Hồng Minh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Youth Union, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union; Mr. Lâm Tùng - Member of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee, Director of the Vietnam Student Support and Development Center; Mr. Đinh Mạnh Hùng - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Trần Quang Hưng - Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union; Mr. Đào Đức Việt - Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi Youth Council.
