FINALS OF YOUNG TALENTS IN CALLIGRAPHY, GOLDEN BOARD REGISTRATION AND BEAUTIFUL WRITING NATIONWIDE AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
On April 26th, at the special national heritage site Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám, the 22nd edition of the Young Trạng Nguyên Day Festival took place, along with the 4th edition of the Golden Board inscription, and the "Handwriting - Character" contest for the academic year 2023 - 2024.
The festival serves as a beneficial playground for elementary and middle school students nationwide, with the significant purpose of honoring and promoting the traditional virtues of filial piety of our nation. This year's final round saw the participation of 346 candidates from 18 provinces and cities, representing 161 schools, including 128 elementary schools and 33 middle schools nationwide.
As a result, the organizing committee awarded 12 Trang Nguyen prizes, 16 Label prizes, 24 Thám Hoa (the third title) prizes, and 107 Hoàng Giáp (second class laureates) prizes to participants in the Young Trạng Nguyên (the first title) Contest; 4 First prizes, 12 Second prizes, 16 Third prizes, and 83 Encouragement prizes to participants in the Beautiful Handwriting Contest; and 6 Trang Nguyen prizes, 12 Label prizes, 18 Thám Hoa prizes, and 38 Hoàng Giáp prizes to participants in the Golden Tablet inscription contest - Individual round.
