DIVERSIFIED STORIES OF DRAGON THROUGH THE PAINTING EXHIBITION “DRAW A DRAGON” AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỦ GIÁM
The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám coordinated with TiredCity and Vietnam Local Artist Group (VLAG) to organized the painting exhibition “draw a dragon” at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
There were Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thu Phương – A Parson of Vietnam National Art Culture Falcuty; Mr. Nguyễn Phước Hải Trung – A Vice Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center; PhD. Lê Xuân Kiêu – A Director of the Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám; Mr. Nguyễn Việt Nam – A Director of TiredCity; Mrs. Nguyễn Minh Anh – A Representatives of Blue Dragon organization and the artists and news agency and the public with love of paintings in Hanoi being present at the event.
Illustration Challenge #13 with the theme of “Draw a Dragon” attracted 386 works for the contest being the stories and new shapings of dragon from the Vietnam artists community. And then, 80 the most excellent illustations of dragon selected carefully to display at the exhibition “draw a dragon” at the relic to honor creative achievements of more than 75 young illustration artists.
From now to the end of 20th in Febuary in 2024, the tourists paying a visit Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám could see 80 paintings illustrating a dragon. Every painting was a story as well as individual interesting shades of dragon. Through the point of view of young artists, the dragon becoming significantly bringing happy looks to the public those who fascinated with creation to welcome a Lunar New Year.
The exhibition opened from 19th of Januray to 20th of Febuary at Đại Bái courtyard of the relic

Lê Xuân Kiêu – A Director of The Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám shared that: “The exhibition contributing to making orientation becoming a creative space of the city come true, start a source of aspiration of creation of the young, being a place for creative activities”
