THE SECOND CEREMONY OF OFFERING THE HONOR NATIONAL TITLE “PEOPLE’S CRAFTSMAN” AND “EXCELLENT CRAFTSMAN” OF INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE.
People’s committee of Hanoi organized the second ceremony of offering the honor national title “people’s craftman: and “excellent craftman” of intangible cultural heritage.
Mr. Ngo Van Quy – The vice chairman of People’s Committee of Hanoi; Ms. Dang Thi Bich Lien – The former Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture and Sports and Tourism. Prof. Luu Tran Tieu – The chairman of National Union of Heritage; Mr. To Van Dong – Director of Department of Culutre and Sports in Hanoi.

Craftsmen were offered title of two subjects: art performance of folk and social custom; Motherworship.

There were five craftsmen of Ca Tru; two craftsmen of “Bai Bong”dancing and singing at the front of Dinh. There were 36 excellent craftsmen of Ca Tru, Hat Van.....

Mr. Ngo Van Quy - The vice chairman of People’s Committee of Hanoi shared that craftsmen of folk are treasure of real human culture and play an important role of creation, preservation and tranformation value of folk culture.
Ceremony is the way to honor craftsmen those who had contribution of preservation and bringing into play of value of intangible cultural heritage in Hanoi. This event encouraged the young to proceed with tradition of a nation and prove precious cultural heritage
