On the morning of July 16, 2025, as part of his official visit to Vietnam, Mr. Parviz Shahbazov, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and his delegation paid a visit to the Special National Relic – the Temple of Literature.

At the site, the Minister was introduced to the history of the Temple of Literature, highlighting important milestones of Vietnam’s feudal-era education and examination systems. The delegation showed particular interest in iconic structures such as the Khue Van Cac Pavilion – the symbol of the thousand-year-old capital Hanoi, the Garden of Doctoral Steles, and the Dai Thanh Sanctuary, among others.

Throughout the visit, Mr. Parviz Shahbazov expressed special admiration for the tranquil green space and centuries-old trees within the Temple's grounds. He shared that the harmonious blend of ancient architecture and serene nature created a relaxing atmosphere, while also emphasizing the cultural depth and long-standing history of the relic site. The Minister also conveyed his deep impression of the timeless beauty, distinctive architectural style, and longstanding educational and cultural values of the Temple of Literature.

At the end of the visit, the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám presented Minister Parviz Shahbazov with a publication introducing the site, as a meaningful souvenir. The Minister extended his heartfelt thanks to the leadership and all staff for their warm welcome and the memorable experiences at one of Hanoi’s most outstanding cultural landmarks.
