PRESIDENT OF GERMAN AND HIS SPOUSE PAYING A VISIT AT VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
On the frame of work in Vietnam, the President of German Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his spouse Elke Budenbender paying a visit at Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
The president and his wife impressed the ancient constructins at the relic such as: Văn Miếu Gate, Khuê Văn Các, the stone stelae…. Being a PhD of law and political sience, the president was fascinated with 82 stone stelae as well as a history of philosophy examinations in Vietnam under feudal time.
In the end of his visit, the president and his spouse showed his appriciation to warm hospitality from all staffs of the relic, at the same time, he would like to thank all Vietnamese before the Lunar New Year.
