THE DELEGATION OF THE CHINESE PEOPLE'S ASSOCIATION FOR FRIENDSHIP WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES VISITED
VĂN MIẾU – QUỐC TỬ GIÁM
On the morning of December 14th, Mr. Duong Van Minh, the Head of The Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, along with the delegation, visited the special national relic, Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám. Accompanying the delegation was Ms. Trần Thị Phương, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations.
Exploring the historical site on a chilly day, Mr. Duong Van Minh and the delegation were fascinated by the beauty and ancient architectural structures illuminated by the radiant winter sunlight. Listening to the guide's introduction to the history of the site, the delegation was deeply impressed by the longstanding education and cultural traditions of the Vietnamese people.
Mr. Duong Van Minh highly praised the preservation efforts at the historical site, especially the Doctoral Steles - World Documentary Heritage - reflecting the spirit of filial piety, respect for learning, and the talents of the Vietnamese people. He also expressed appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality of the leaders of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations and the leaders and staff of the Center For Scientific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
