Welcoming the Prime Minister were the Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Information (now the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports), Mr. Nguyễn Viết Chức and the staff of the Center for Scienctific and Cultural Activities Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám.
About 1000 years, Văn Miếu-Quốc Tử Giám is a symbol of the long-standing education of the Vietnamese. Today, the landmark is honored to welcome many diplomatic delegations of the Party and State visiting.
